Seattle’s self-proclaimed super villain is giving back! Rex Velvet has become a YouTube sensation and gained fans around the globe. Velvet appeared in the role of a “the bad guy” in this story in which a young boy wanted to be a secret agent!
Rex Velvet is hosting a benefit concert at Fremont Mischief Distillery Saturday May 4th to benefit “Make-A-Wish” “MDA” and “Freedom Isn’t Free Foundation.” All ticket proceeds are going to be donated to these three preferred charities.
Here’s the invitation in Rex’s own words:
“Dear Citizens of The Emerald City,
One year anniversaries are a big deal – especially to Rex Velvet. That is why Rex & The Social Villains Alliance along with Fremont Mischief Distillery are going to celebrate with a bang – and you’re invited!
Come dressed in your most dashing attire and join Rex Velvet, several other villains, and anti-superhero fans at Fremont Mischief Distillery for a night of drinking, dancing, and delightfully loud entertainment featuring The Staxx Brothers performing LIVE – as well as a few other surprises you won’t want to miss!
As many of you know, Seattle also suffers from a real life super hero epidemic – and to better our community, Rex Velvet will be donating ticket sales to not one, not two, but three charities including the “Make-A-Wish Foundation,” the “Muscular Dystrophy Association,” and the “Freedom Is Not Free Organization.” (In your face, superheroes).
Come one, come all! Mr. Velvet is a dapper individual, so super villain attire is encouraged! This will be a historic night that you will not want to miss, and as usual – super heroes NOT welcome.
Cheers To Villainy,
~ Rex Velvet, The People’s Villain”
