The Women of the Atom are in fine hands with artist Kris Anka. The Uncanny X-Force cover artist is drawing Uncanny X-Men #15.
The cover shows Emma Frost, Kitty Pryde, Irma, Tempus and the Stepford Cuckoos on a ladies night out.
This Inhumanity tie-in issue is a dream come true for Anka who reveals his favorite X-woman to Comics Newsarama.
“My list on this could not be any shorter or sweeter; as long as I get to draw a scene of Emma being sassy, I’ll be a happy artist.”
As for the rest of his wish list:
“As anyone who remotely knows anything about me, I have a deep love for Bucky, Namor, and Maria Hill. Emma Frost is also on that list, but I get to cross that off my list with this issue. ”
Anka drew the All-New X-Men Special #1 starring the original five Xavier students versus Doctor Octopus came out this week.
