Wolverine’s legacy is living on with a fearsome foursome.
Wolverines #1 is start of a new ongoing book by Charles Soule (Death of Wolverine, The Logan Legacy, The Weapon X Program) Ray Fawkes (The Logan Legacy) and artist Nick Bradshaw (Wolverine and the X-Men).
After exploring the impact of Logan’s death in Death of Wolverine: The Logan Legacy, Mystique, Sabretooth, Daken and X-23 are assembled on a mission for the late X-Man.
“The group here is not a set of people who are particularly interested in doing anything together unless they absolutely have to,” Soule told Marvel.com.
Ray Fawkes gave an ominous tease, “Oh, and one of them is crippled for life in the first issue. It’ll be fun watching the rest of them debate whether or not a mercy killing is in order. This is not a “leave no man behind” team here,” Fawkes told Marvel.com.
