Batman is heading for a DC Rebirth rematch with Bane.

Writer Tom King confirmed (via Twitter) that the villain who once broke the Bat will strike in Batman #9 with art Mikel Janin and June Chung, the team from Batman Rebirth #1.

Bane is sitting on a “throne” of skrulls in the teaser image.

Bane is unmasked and grinning. Does he know the Batman is coming for him and his prisoner?

I Am Suicide is King’s second Batman arc and marks Bane’s debut in the DC Rebirth.

The Dark Knight’s upcoming showdown picks up the action on Bane’s island following the epilogue of I Am Gotham, the first arc.

Fans celebrated DC REBIRTH. Now DC is celebrating the holiday spirit with the DC REBIRTH HOLIDAY SPECIAL #1!

The DC tradition of one-shots for the holidays (Harley Quinn’s Valentine’s Day, April Fool’s Day specials) expands with a ton of heroes for Christmas 2016.

DC Comics announced a massive 96-page Prestige Format comic features DC’s biggest heroes making the season bright. This special one-shot issue features some of the top writers and artists from DC’s team of creators including James Tynion IV , Steve Orlando, Vita Ayala , Cullen Bunn, Tim Seeley , James Asmus, Heath Corson, Gustavo Duarte, Dustin Nguyen and more.

Doom Patrol #1

We were at Emerald City Comicon when Gerard Way emerged to announce his plans for DC Young Animal line and the return of Doom Patrol. The first issue is here. Way and artist Nick Derington reimagine the cult classic starring the strangest heroes in comics. Graveyard shift E-M-T’s encounter Cliff Steele (aka Robotman) with more of the cast (Crazy Jane, Niles Caulder, Flex Mentallo) on the weird journey ahead.

All-Star Batman #2

My Own Worst Enemy continues as the Dark Knight and Two-Face on the run with an army of assassins after them. King and guest artist Ivan Reis set the stage for the next arc I Am Suicide with a final page that makes you ask if it’s next month already!

JOE MANGANIELLO is DEATHSTROKE In BATMAN Film

Batman vs Deathstroke on the big screen.

Joe Manganiello will play Deathstoke in Ben Affleck’s first solo Batman film.

DC Entertainment President and Chief Creative Officer Geoff Johns confirmed Deathstroke will take on the Dark Knight in a Wall Street Journal interview.

Ben Affleck recently share test footage of the villain  in costume.

Now we know the man under the mask.

Deathstroke (Slade Wilson) is the deadliest mercenary/assassin in the DC Universe with a long history and ties to the Dark Knight, Teen Titans, Green Arrow and was a member of Suicide Squad.

The wait is over as fan-favorite creator Brian Michael Bendis returns to one of the important characters created during his Marvel reign.
