Fox has found their actors for their upcoming Fantastic Four reboot according to many sources in The Hollywood Reporter.
Miles Teller as Reed Richards/Mr. Fantastic
Kate Mara as Susan Storm/Invisible Woman
Michael B. Jordan as Johnny Storm/Human Torch
Jamie Bell as Ben Grimm/Thing
Josh Trank (Chronicle) is directing from a script by Simon Kinberg (X-Men: Days of Future Past.)
Known as Marvel’s First Family – the Fantastic Four were the first superheroes of the new Marvel Age created by Stan Lee and Jack Kirby.
No word on which villain the team will face in the reboot.
Teller and Jordan are co-starring in That Awkward Moment now in theaters.
The FF are part of the Marvel characters controlled by Fox so it’s possible this reboot could have ties to future X-Men films. Mark Millar is the overseeing the Fox/Marvel franchise.
One possibility is the new film will be based on the Ultimate Fantastic Four like the The Avengers were based on the Ultimates with a slightly different, modern take and development.
A brand new Fantastic Four comic book series by James Robinson launches next week.
