The biggest news of the network Fall up fronts (when all the U.S. television networks reveal their new shows and lineups) is the official word that Marvel’s Agents of SHIELD has been picked up and will air on Tuesdays at 8pm on ABC. Marvel’s The Avengers director Joss Whedon wrote and directed the pilot starring Clark Gregg as Agent Phil Coulson leading an elite team of spies working for S.H.I.E.L.D. as seen in Iron Man, Thor, Captain America and The Avengers.

Almost Human Karl Urban (Star Trek Into Darkness, Lord of the Rings) and Michael Ealy in a new series from J.J. Abrams and J.H. Wyman (Fringe) as police officer forced to work with an android partner in this sci-fi crime drama. This will air Mondays on Fox midseason.
Crisis Gillian Anderson (The X-Files) returns to U.S. television in new thriller. Anderson plays a powerful CEO who teams up with her rookie FBI agent sister (Rachael Taylor) to solve a multiple kidnapping case.
Dracula Jonathan Rhys Myers plays the Count, Thomas Kretschmann plays Van Helsing, Jessica De Gow (recently seen as Huntress on Arrow) plays Mina Murray. Dracula will follow the renewed Grimm on Friday nights.
Believe Kyle MacLachman (Twin Peaks) stars in a new series by J.J. Abrams. In this supernatural drama a man spring from prison fights to protect a gifted young girl from evil forces who want to control her.
Crossbones John Malkovich will play Blackbeard in this mid-season series by the writers of Luther.
