A rematch with Riddler, the official debut of Bluebird and more as Batman Eternal burns into 2015.
The biggest headline is Harper Row’s first appearance as costumed vigilante Bluebird. It actually happened in Batman #28 which was set in the future.
Here’s the official descriptions of the weekly series issues coming in January from DC Comics.
#40 It’s three-way battle for survival between Batman, The Riddler…and Mother Nature?
#41 Nanites are tearing The Narrows apart! Can Red Robin stop them while the rest of the city burns?
#42 You’ve been waiting for the debut of Bluebird – and here it is, though this story may not have a happy ending!
#43 Don’t miss this special issue that loops our story all the way back to where it started in BATMAN #28 – but with a twist you won’t see coming!
Issue 40 is significant because it could have clues for the Futures End issue in which Batman and Riddler worked together.
Batman Weekly is by the team of Scott Snyder, James Tynion IV, Tim Seeley, Kyle Higgins and Ray Fawkes.
