The Thunderbolts strike back. Marvel’s team of villains turned “heroes” are back with a new leader, Bucky Barnes.
After a week of teasers Marvel revealed a brand new Thunderbolts book is coming in the crossover Avengers: Standoff.
Winter Soldier will lead the new squad featuring original members Moonstone, Mach-V, Fixer and Atlas in a new book by Jim Zub and Jon Malin.
The original Thunderbolts were villains masquerading as heroes including then leader Baron Zemo. The team evolved over the years as the government’s secret weapon of villains. The T-bolts were even ordered to bring in unregistered heroes during the first Civil War.

Marvel’s Star Wars comics line is expanding with the first one starring heroes from The Force Awakens.
Charles Soule who crafted the Lando & Obi-Wan and Anakin limited series and Phil Noto, artist of the Chewbacca limited series, team up for a new ongoing starring Poe Dameron.

Terrigen Mists are killing mutants and sterilizing genes. The mutant race is on the fast track to extinction thanks to the genetic phenomenon that’s creating new Inhumans.
Storm’s team is rescuing mutants from the Mists and providing them safety in X-Haven. Magneto is leading his own team with a very pro-active mission to save mutants from new enemies.
A corporation is profiting from the crisis by providing a different kind of safe haven to mutants for a price. Mutants agree to be frozen in suspended animation until there’s a cure or the Terrigen is gone.
