Rogue fans rejoice.
X-Men: Days of Future Past – The Rogue Cut will be released on July 14th on Blu-ray, DVD and Digital HD.
Director Bryan Singer made the announcement via Periscope.TV. The release comes on the 15th anniversary of the first X-Men movie back in 2000.
The new version will include 17 minutes of footage not shown in the theatrical version last summer including scenes with Anna Paquin as Rogue, the mutant with the power to absorb abilities of other mutants.
Most of the action took place in the 1970’s but Rogue’s scenes were set in the dark future rules by Sentinels.
