It’s hard being a mutant in any era but 20 years into the future, mutants are the verge of being wiped out again in EXTERMINATION by Ed Brisson and Pepe Larraz this August.
With a banner claiming to “Exterminate the Past. Eliminate the Future.” and this preview art – it looks like the original X-Men pulled from the past into the future could be the primary targets. Are Xavier’s first students the first to die? After surviving Sentinels, the Legacy Virus, the X-Pox, Scarlet Witch’s curse and other threats – what or who is after the mutant race now?
Marvel revealed a series of clues to the big event will appear in upcoming X-books. Taking inspiration from movies, these clues will be post-credits scenes in comics.
