Before we continues here’s a SPOILER ALERT!

If you have read stop reading now.

Seriously.

OK.

Here it comes:

The Terrigen Mists that create new Inhumans are killing mutants. Magneto believes the new Inhuman with the power to see the future will be used against his people in the genetic war that’s brewing. Nightcrawler left Storm’s team to join Magneto’s side. Psylocke left Magneto to warn Storm of Magneto’s plots hoping to prevent all-out war with the Inhumans.

The Master of Magnetism makes the first move – sending Fantomex into New Attilan to get intelligence on Ulysses. Storm’s pawn in the game, Gambit, seizes Fantomex.

Storm and Medusa have a tense meeting that quickly escalates but the Queens avoid war for now.

As we learned in Uncanny X-Men (also by Bunn) Magneto’s been secretly using Fantomex and Mystique, which made Elizabeth leave him. Magneto finds a new recuit.

Ulysses can see the future.

Magneto finds a mutant from the future.

Rachel Grey is back. The daughter of Scott Summers and Jean Grey from the Days of Future Past timeline is one of the X-Men missing in action since the All-New, All-Different Marvel Now began.

Rachel is in London at a makeshift memorial where mutants were killed by the Terrigen Mists when Magneto confronts her.

Rachel says “after what happened with my father…with Cyclops..I’ve done everything I can to stay the hell away from the X-Men. Especially X-Men of the terrorist variety.”

This is another mention of what Cyclops did during the eight months after Secret Wars. From earlier mentions it seems Summers attacked the Inhumans and died. Fans will learn what happened to Cyclops and Emma Frost in Death of X, a four-part series this fall that leads into Inhumans vs. X-Men.

While Storm’s team questions Fantomex, they’re attacked by members of Magneto’s squad but the fight is just a dangeorus distraction.

Magneto and Rachel are about to invade New Attilan as the issue comes to a close.

Magnus succeeded in recruiting the powerful telepath from the future to his cause. What will happen if Rachel and Ulysses meet? What could Rachel’s psychic abilities and her future past do to a fragile new Inhuman with the unpredictable ability to see the future? Has Ulysses already had a vision of the mutant race that Medusa is keeping secret?

You can see more of Storm and Magneto’s squads taking opposite sides in the main Civil War II series as Captain Marvel and Iron Man’s forces are about to go to war.
