Vixen will roar again!
The CW announced Vixen will have a second season on CW Seed.
The animated series is set in the same universe as The Flash and Arrow television series. Megalyn Echikunwoke is the voice of Vixen (real name: Mari Jiwe McCabe) and will play her in live action life on Arrow in episode 15.
The African born hero has the power to mimic the abilities of any animal on Earth and became a member of Justice League.
CW President Mark Pedowitz teased an ongoing future outside the animated series. “Hopefully that character can spin itself out—if not, join Legends” according to DCComics.com.
Legends of Tomorrow is a new team series set in The Flash/Arrow universe with a diverse mix of heroes and villains on a mission to change the future. No official word on a date of Vixen’s second season.
