The casts of the original trilogy and X-Men: First Class unite in a new film based on the classic comic book storyline by Chris Claremont under director Bryan Singer.
The cast sped around the world like Quicksilver with multiple premieres in New York, London, Moscow, Beijing, Singapore, Sao Paulo and Melbourne with blue carpets. Veterans like Hugh Jackman, Patrick Stewart, Ellen Page were joined by First Class castmates James McAvoy, Michael Fassbender, Jennifer Lawrence and brand new additions like Fan BingBing. Even the actor playing the bad guy – Peter Dinklage – joined the global tour.
This is an astonishing week for all X-Men fans as X-Men: Days of Future Past arrives in cinemas. The latest big screen adventure stars the casts of the original trilogy and X-Men: First Class. Based on the classic Chris Claremont story, an X-Man goes back in time to prevent an assassination that leads to a war between giant robots called Sentinels and the human race.

The globetrotting stars of X-Men: Days of Future Past are racing to premiere events on nearly every continent. Hugh Jackman (Wolverine) and Peter Dinklage (Bolivar Trask) brought the X-Men experience to Melbourne, Australia.
Jackman and Dinklage took fan questions and even ones from co-stars Patrick Stewart, Ellen Page and Shawn Ashmore with host Marc Fennell.
The two stars share some comic moments of life on set filming the massive sequel but Jackman may have my favorite recollection of working with Christopher Nolan on The Prestige before two rival super hero franchises were born.
