Jason Latour relaunched the team book focused on a new semester at the Jean Grey School. With Logan leaving due to events in his own solo book (Killable, 3 Months of Die) Storm is the new headmistress.

Fans love or hate Cyclops at this point after Schism and AvX. What the writer who intensified the Scott/Logan rivarly into a full-blown Schism?

 

It was one of my favorite moments from Marvel Pint O’ C.B.  (Cebulski) at Emerald City Comicon in Seattle this weekend. X-Men: Schism and former Wolverine and the X-Men writer Jason Aaron was on the fan question driven panel.

Ellen Page returns as Kitty Pryde in X-Men: Days of Future Past with an important role in the story. In the comics Kitty is sent back in time to change the future ruled by mutant hunting Sentinels. In the film Kitty helps send Wolverine (Hugh Jackman) back instead.

Director Bryan Singer unites the cast of X-Men: First Class with the original X trilogy in a film based on the classic story by Chris Claremont.

 

In 2023 Professor X (Patrick Stewart) Magneto (Ian McKellen) and surviving X-Men (Halle Berry, Daniel Cudmore, Ellen Page, Shawn Ashmore, Anna Paquin) send Wolverine (Hugh Jackman) back to the 1970’s to change history.

 

Logan confronts young Charles (James McAvoy) and Magneto (Michael Fassbender) to unite and prevent a war that will decimate the mutant race but the one person who may not veer from her path is Mystique (Jennifer Lawrence.)

Fox Sets Dates For FANTASTIC FOUR, THE WOLVERINE 2

Fox moves full speed ahead its own cinematic universe based on the Marvel heroes it controls by locking down dates for Marvel’s First Family and fan-favorite X-Man.
