War of the Worlds Anniversary and Concrete Martians

On October 30, 1938 Americans were fixed near their radios listening to Orson Welles broadcast of  “The War of The Worlds” by H.G. Wells.  That legendary broadcasting moment inspired panic among some listeners who joined the story in progress. On this 75th annivsary of the radio milestone that shook America there’s a new graphic novel in the works that captures the panic in small town America.
