After the ominous tease at Emerald City Comicon…today Valiant announced BOOK OF DEATH – the epic new Valiant event of 2015 starting with BOOK OF DEATH #1 (of 4) from writer Robert Venditti (X-O MANOWAR, Green Lantern), Robert Gill (ARMOR HUNTERS: HARBINGER, Batgirl) and visionary artist Doug Braithwaite (ARMOR HUNTERS). BOOK OF DEATH continues throughout the summer with four standalone one-shots.

VALIANT Launches 25TH ANNIVERSARY TOUR At EMERALD CITY COMICON

Valiant is back at Emerald City Comicon in a big way. The publisher is kicking off a 25th Anniversary Convention Tour in Seattle to celebrate history and what’s next with major announcements expected.

From This Friday, March 27th through Sunday, March 29th, Valiant welcomes fans and new readers at the Washington State Convention Center for a weekend packed with programming, special guests, and ECCC 2015 exclusives that can’t be found anywhere else.

Valiant will be at Booth #1803 all weekend long to revisit 25 years of Valiant history with a complete collection of trade paperbacks and hardcovers featuring the indelible heroes, volatile villains, and world-class creators that shaped Valiant into one of the most celebrated publishers in comics history. The publisher unveiled an official video trailer and preview for THE VALIANT #1. This all-new, prestige format limited series by writers Jeff Lemire (Green Arrow, Animal Man) & Matt Kindt (RAI, Mind MGMT) and Eisner Award-winning artist Paolo Rivera is coming in December.

 

This comics event stars Bloodshot, Eternal Warrior, Geomancer, and a cast of heroes and villains from across the Valiant Universe.
