Marvel’s Uncanny Inhumans panel at San Diego Comic Con was packed with updates on the upcoming relaunches of both the Inhuman and X-Men franchises.

Uncanny Inhumans writer Charles Soule, Extraordinary X-Men, Old Man Logan writer Jeff Lemire, Uncanny X-Men writer Cullen Bunn, Extraordinary X-Men artist Humberto Ramos, and Editor-In-Chief Axel Alonso answered fan questions and revealed new details about the lines. The final member of Uncanny Inhumans is Fantastic!

A big week for Marvel as they revealed the rosters for the All-New, All-Different Avengers and Uncanny Inhumans. Both teams will star in Free Comic Book Day books on May 2nd and give us a preview of the post-Secret Wars Marvel Universe.

Fantastic Four may be ending in comics but the Human Torch will flame on with a new team.

BLACK BOLT Rises in UNCANNY UNHUMANS

A fallen King rises in Uncanny Inhumans #0 this Spring.

Marvel announced a brand new series by Charles Soule starring Black Bolt. The Inhumans leader has been MIA since his showdown with Thanos in Infinity. His Queen, Medusa, is leading her race and rescuing NuHumans in the Inhuman series by Soule.

Marvel Launching UNCANNY INHUMANS by CHARLES SOULE

Like a Terrigen Cloud covering the globe – the Inhumans invasion by Marvel continues! Get ready for a brand new comic book series to emerge.

An Inhumans movie is slated for 2018 and Inhuman themes are appearing in Agents of SHIELD on television. Inhuman in 2014 by Marvel exclusive writer Charles Soule introduced a new generation of NuHumans and raised Medusa into a higher profile player in the Marvel Universe.

Now Marvel will launch Uncanny Inhumans by Charles Soule and Steve McNiven in April according to IGN. This is the creative team behind Death of Wolverine.

The new series will start with issue #0 in April and focus on Black Bolt – the fallen King of the Inhumans. Black Bolt unleashed the Terrigen Bomb and destroyed their floating city of Attilan in a fight to stop Thanos in Infinity. Black Bolt has been MIA since then except to his brother Maximus and members of the Illuminati in New Avengers.
