DC COMICS Announces JIM LEE Signing & Emerald City Comicon Variants

DC Comics is bringing Jim Lee (Justice League, Superman Unchained) to Emerald City Comicon. The publisher revealed Lee will be signing from 2-4pm on Friday, March 28th the first day of the Seattle con. Wristband will be required for the event.

 

DC revealed two ECCC Exclusive variants:

 

BATMAN #29 by ECCC Guest Scott Snyder and fan favorite artist Greg Capullo. This convention exclusive takes the latest “Riddler” themed cover and gives it a location-specific touch: green for Seattle, the Emerald City. Joseph Gordon-Levitt producing a Sandman movie with David Goyer?

 

The Dark Knight Rises co-star and scribe are in final talks to produce a film for Warner Brothers based on the Vertigo Comics creation by Neil Gaiman according to Deadline.

Karen Berger is stepping down from her position at Vertigo Comics.

The Executive Editor and VP of DC’s Vertigo line is stepping down after nearly 20 years and an incredible run of publishing groundbreaking comic titles like the ones you see above.
