Valiant Entertainment announced Faith will soar out of the pages of HARBINGER…and into an all-new series via Comic Book Resources.
Faith “Zephyr” Herbert is a member of the team known as the Harbinger Renegades. This teen will star her first-ever solo adventure from rising star Jody Houser (Orphan Black) and explosive artists Francis Portela (Green Lantern) and Marguerite Sauvage (DC Comics Bombshells). Valiant’s Bloodshot and Harbinger are hitting the big screen.
Valiant Entertainment and Sony Pictures announced a five picture deal according to The Hollywood Reporter.
Bloodshot will be directed by the team behind John Wick: David Leitch and Chad Stahelski, working with a screenplay by Jeff Wadlow (Kick-Ass 2) and Eric Heisserer. Matthew Vaughn and Jason Kothari will act as executive producers. This film is being targeted for 2017.
Heisserer is working on the Harbinger. No word on possible directors.
