The hero you love with the fan-favorite creative team but in a new location leading to all new adventures. Matt Murdock goes west in a brand new Daredevil #1 this week.

Writer Mark Waid and artist Chris Samnee take The Man Without Fear to San Fransisco.

“[Editor] Steve Wacker and I talked about it and we didn’t want to change too much about the book, because it’s working, but [since] we really wanted to be a part of All-New Marvel NOW!, what about changing venues? So we set up a situation at the end of this [current] run, [where] Matt has no choice but to move away from New York City. He goes to San Francisco because he’s been there before, Continue reading DAREDEVIL Out West

Opinion: VERONICA MARS Star For IRON FIST

Iron Fist, Luke Cage, Daredevil and Jessica Jones will be stars of their own series from Marvel and Netflix. The four series will build up to a Defenders mini-series starring Marvel’s street smart heroes. No official word on casting but let the speculation begin.

After watching the Veronica Mars movie I kept thinking of Jason Dohring as Danny Rand.  Dohring reprised his role as bad boy Logan Echolls in the Kickstarter funded big screen movie fans. Especially in his Air Force uniform I thought this guy looks like Danny Rand and could embody the rich playboy.

For the record – I didn’t watch the Veronica Mars series but I’m a big fan of Kristen Bell and now see why the fans are so devoted. You don’t have to have watched the series to enjoy the great writing and chemistry between Bell and Dohring. I can now see Dohring suited up as Danny Rand. If the actor can master some Hollywood Kung Fu moves he could play Marvel’s cult favorite hero on the streaming screen.

Danny Rand gets his own series by Kaare Andrews next month. Iron Fist: The Living Weapon arrives in April.

Inspired by the guest appearance of Lorelei and Lady Sif from Thor and news of a Hulk enemy joining Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. I’m inspired to think of a perfect nemesis for Agent Coulson and his squad.

Dr. Karla Sofen aka Moonstone!

The villain’s powers are derived from a Kree gravity stone bonded to her nervous system giving her super strength, flight, super speed, gravity manipulation, energy blasting powers and more. Continue reading Villain Wish For MARVEL’S AGENTS OF SHIELD

Inhumanity spread across Earth when Black Bolt detonated a Terrigen Bomb in the fight to save his race and stop Thanos during Infinity.

The bomb ignited long dormant genes inside the human race transforming some people into Inhumans. How are Marvel’s heroes, villains and what’s left of the Royal Family reacting to the sudden emergence of (thousands, millions) of new Inhumans?

Writer Charles Soule, artist Joe Madureira will explore the classic and brand new characters in this strange new world in Inhuman #1.  Soule and Editor Nick Lowe answered fans questions and revealed plans for the factions in a Marvel liveblog. Here are the highlights with stunning preview art of Queen Medusa and brand new characters: Continue reading INHUMAN Preview With Charles Soule
