Superman is looking better than ever at 75! DC Comics and Warner Brothers have revealed plans to honor Superman for reaching such an incredible milestone, the companies are kicking off a year of celebration including a new commemorative Superman 75th anniversary logo as well as an animated short tribute chronicling the rich 75-year history of the Man of Steel.
Superman first appeared in the comic book Action Comics #1 in June 1938 and became a cultural icon, winning fans in nearly every known entertainment in the medium. Man of Steel flies into cinemas on June 14th.

Man of Steel star Henry Cavill is in talks to replace Tom Cruise in the Guy Ritchie directed The Man From U.N.C.L.E. for Warner Brothers according to Variety. Armie Hammer (The Lone Ranger) recently signed on as Russian agent Ilya Kuryakin. Cavill would play American spy Napoleon Solo. Cruise left to film a 5th Mission Impossible movie. The Man From U.N.C.L.E. would be based on the 1960’s television series about agents of the United Network Command for Law Enforcement who fought against the evil agents of THRUSH.
