The All-New, All-Different Marvel Now is born this Fall.

We know Invincible Iron Man (Tony Stark) will be front and center (at least in both promo art posters) in a brand new series by Brian Michael Bendis and David Marquez.

Based on the Free Comic Book Day issue, The All-New, All-Different Avengers will be a team composed of veterans, legacy heroes and rookies with what seems to focus on adventure and fun in a shift from the darker, epic, plot with plot Jonathan Hickman run.

Johnny Storm is joining the Uncanny Avengers, Ben Grimm is a Guardian of the Galaxy, Doctor Strange is armed with more than mystical powers, there will be a new Hulk and a new Wolverine.

Inhumans are everywhere but there’s no hint of a Fantastic Four or X-Men team book but there’s a new X-Men Editorial team in place.

That’s what we know. What do we want?

Here are our top All-New, All-Different Marvel Now wishes and dreams: Continue reading ALL-NEW, ALL-DIFFERENT MARVEL NOW Wishes & Dreams

After making and changing mutant history Brian Michael Bendis announced he’s leaving the X-Men with a giant-sized Uncanny X-Men #600.

Bendis brought the original students of Xavier into the present in All-New X-Men and Cyclops started a revolution in Uncanny X-Men.

As the Children of the Atom feel the fallout from Professor X’s greatest secret – Bendis will exit just before Secret Wars.

The acclaimed writer explains why this was the time to leave:

“Over the course of the last few years, I will have written almost 90 issues of X-Men. That’s a good run! One of the best parts about being on X-Men was that I knew I was never going to hit Chris Claremont’s X-Men record, so I was free of whatever that is that drives such a thing,” Bendis exclusively told Comic Book Resources. Marvel goes cosmic with the first big event of 2015.

Guardians of the Galaxy and X-Men: The Black Vortex was announced at New York Comic Con.

Sam Humphries (Legendary Star-Lord) writes the first bookend issue that leads into Guardians of the Galaxy, All-New X-Men, Cyclops, Captain Marvel and Nova. The writer explains how this cosmic object draws in multiple heroes and powerful villains.

“The Black Vortex is an ancient artifact with the power to unlock the cosmic potential within yourself. Imagine the metamorphosis that turned Norrin Radd into the Silver Surfer, or Jean Grey into Dark Phoenix, available to anyone in the Marvel Universe.
But, of course, no amount of power comes without a cost—the Black Vortex makes its first appearance in The Legendary Star-Lord #5!” Humphries told Marvel.com.

“What happens when one person submits to the Black Vortex and becomes a titan of the cosmos? What happens when a whole team does it? Or a whole planet? We open the story ten billion years ago, at the birth of the Marvel Universe, and see what a Pandora’s Box the Black Vortex can be.

But against that epic scale, we’re grounding the story in the deeply personal conflict each character will go through just by encountering the Black Vortex.”

Ed McGuinness will be the artist on the bookend chapters.

The Black Vortex stars swirling in February 2015.
