New Comic Book Picks for January 25, 2017

We have to start this out with the return of a classic Kirby creation in an ambitious storytelling adventure:

Kamandi Challenge #1 An all-star roster brings back the boy hero of Jack Kirby’s post-Apocalyptic Earth. Fourteen superstar creative teams embark on an odyssey sending Kamandi across the DC Universe to find his parents. Each chapter ends with a cliffhanger. The next writer/artist will have to pick up the action, resolve it and create their own. Dan Abnett and Dale Eaglesham kick off the challenge. I think I’m ready to talk about the Death of X finale.
