In the aftermath of Age of Ultron – Hank Pym will be on the road to redemption and leading a team of Marvel’s mightiest artificial intelligences. Marvel shared new images and covers for Avengers A.I. #1 and writer Sam Humphries explains the original Avenger’s role and his squad’s mission:

The big event shaping the Marvel Universe right now is Age of Ultron. Heores and villains face the aftermath of Wolverine’s shocking event in next week’s issue. At Marvel’s Age of Ultron panel at C2E2 in Chicago Marvel creators teases what’s next as the second half of event rolls ahead and face fan questions.

Uncanny Avengers #8AU by Rick Remender and Deadpool writer Gerry Duggan will tie in to the current Uncanny Avengers arc and Age of Ultron as Kang takes out the Apocalypse Twins to do some killing.

In Fearless Defenders #4Au Phil Jimenez joins writer Cullen Bunn for a issue focusing on the new member of the team: Hippoylta, Warrior Woman.

Who Will Star In Marvel Now Wave 2?

Who will be riding the Marvel Now! Wave 2? Marvel Editor-In-Chief Axel Alonso told Comic Book Resources new series will launch this July. Uncanny Avengers, All-New X-Men, Indestructible Hulk were some of the new titles in the aftermath of Avengers vs. X-Men.

Wave 2 will launch in the aftermath of Age of Ultron. Marvel already revealed the epilogue of that event will be co-written by Neil Gaiman and introduce Angela into the Marvel Universe and the finale will have a dramatic event on Hank Pym.

Will we see new concepts like Uncanny Avengers and Fearless Defenders and new takes with new creators like Avengers by Jonathan Hickman and Fantastic Four/FF by Matt Fraction?

Who deserves to star in their own Marvel Now! series next?

Age of Ultron Finale Preview!

Age of Ultron just kicked off! Marvel is giving us ominous clues to the shocking, possibly Marvel Universe changing finale in the June previews. Hank Pym’s monstrous creation returned and conquered Earth in Age of Ultron #1. Only a handful of heroes are left to stand against the humanity hating A.I. and his army of robots.

 

In June’s Age of Ultron #9 heroes are forced to “make the most controversial decision of their lives” and in issue #10 “the biggest secret in comics will be revealed to you! An ending so confidential…even the artists of this book don’t know what lies on the final pages.”

 

Marvel COO and comic book legend Joe Quesada returns to draw “a sequence that people will be talking about for years.”
