In a summer of sequels and reboots, Guillermo del Toro is bringing a new movie mythology of monsters and mayhem to the box-office with Pacific Rim.

 

When giant monsters rise out the ocean to terrorize the world , scientists create their own monsters. Charlie Hunnam (Sons of Anarchy) is one of the pilots of giant robots designed to fight the alien beasts. Pacific Rim will fight its way to becoming the box-office monster of summer! When monsters rise from the ocean –  soldiers suit up in giant robots to take on the invaders and protect Earth!

This is the first time acclaimed director Guillermo del Toro has been back behind the camera. In this new feature, the director along with stars Idris Elba and Charlie Hunnam talk about the massive sets to give you a sense of what it’s like inside the robots. See why the director claims he invented giant “torture machine!”
