BATMAN ETERNAL The Final Five

The final lap in the year-long mystery by an all-star team begins this week in Batman Eternal #48, the first of this month’s final five chapters.

It all began with Batman captured by a mystery villain tied to the Bat Signal with a knife to his ribs while Gotham City burns around him.

Scott Snyder and James Tynion IV are the show runners of the epic. The story has featured nearly every member of the Batman cast from Bane to Vicky Vale with multiple stories leading up to the showdown with the mastermind. Gotham is the upcoming television series revealing the origins of Batman’s greatest allies and enemies.

 

When is a Riddler not the Riddler?

 

When he’s still E. Nygma.

 

Cory Michael Smith plays Edward Nygma on the upcoming Fox series set after the murder of Bruce Wayne’s parents. The theater breakout is breaking into comics culture history by helping share the back story of an infamous villain.

As a new team takes over the Catwoman series, Selina will reign over the underworld.

GOTHAM Feature With BEN MCKENZIE, DONAL LOGUE

Fox revealed the first featurette for the upcoming series Gotham.

 

Along with plans to reveal the early years of Catwoman, Penguin, Poison Ivy, Riddler – Executive Producer Bruno Heller teased the series will explore the back story of the Joker and Scarecrow.

 

Ben McKenzie will play James Gordon. Heller says when the series begins Gordon will have only been on the Gotham City Police for two weeks. The video includes interview with McKenzie, Donal Logue who played Detective Harvey Bullock, producer Danny Cannon and Jada Pinkett Smith who plays a villain created just for the series.

 

Along with Gordon’s partnership with Bullock, the series will focus on the rookie cop’s bond with a young Bruce Wayne.
