Are the stars aligning for Fox’s reboot of the Fantastic Four?

Kit Harrington (Game of Thrones) and Saoirse Ronan are testing for the roles of Reed Richards and Susan Storm according to Variety. The report goes on to say Miles Teller and Jack O’Connell will be considered for Richards while Kate Mara will test for Sue.

X-MEN Producer Joins FANTASTIC FOUR Reboot

Simon Kinberg is moving from the Xavier mansion to the Baxter Building! Kinberg will write and co-produce Fox’s Fantastic Four reboot according to The Hollywood Reporter Heat Vision.

Marvel Stan Lee lists Inhumans among his creations that will blast their way to the big screen in an interview with Too Fab.

 

“Right now the people at Marvel are looking at our whole list of candidates and wondering which ones do we do now. They’re going to do Black Panther, they’re going to use Doctor Strange, they’re going to do Ant-Man, they’re going to do the Guardians of the Galaxy, they’ll probably do the Inhumans. Fox’s Marvel Movie Creative Consultant Mark Millar said we could expect the members of Marvel’s First Family and the Children of the Atom appear together in future films.

The X-Men vs. Fantastic Four?

 

Bryan Singer was the Fantasia Film Festival making big announcements about Quicksilver, Scarlet Witch and Cyclops as far as X-Men: Days of Future Past.

 

The director hinted at a possible Marvel Mashup movie too according to Comic Book Movie. While Fox is moving forward with a X-Force film written by Jeff Wadlow remember they are also rebooting Fantastic Four with Josh Trank directing. Matthew Vaughn is producing. INHUMANS in Avengers or Fantastic Four Movie?

Fans are wondering about the cinematic debut of Quicksilver and Scarlet Witch. Joss Whedon will use the brother and sister in Avengers 2 for Marvel/Disney. Bryan Singer has cast Evan Peters as Quicksilver in X-Men Days of Future Past. Quicksilver and Scarlet Witch are the children of Magneto created as villains in the X-Men comics but went on to become longtime members of Earth’s Mightiest Heroes.

The next Disney vs. Fox characters in question could be The Inhumans. Disney controls the Avengers. Fox controls film rights to The Fantastic Four which is currently being rebooted.

GIRLS Star for FANTASTIC FOUR?

The speculation has begun! Fox is rebooting Fantastic Four with director Josh Trank (Chronicle) with Mark Millar and Matthew Vaughn producing. Who will play Marvel’s First Family?

Allison Williams of HBO’s Girls is on the short list to play Susan Storm (Invisible Woman) according to Deadline.

The Fantastic Four reboot is scheduled for release in March, 2015.

Jessica Alba played the heroine in the previous films.

Is Sue Storm the only surviving member of the Marvel’s First Family in Age of Ultron? This week’s Fantastic Four 5Au give us ominous hints to the fates of Reed, Ben, Johnny and the kids. It’s the first issue to show us “life during wartime” as Ultron was in his finale stage of conquering Earth!
