A milestone issue for Marvel’s First Family this week but it’s a bittersweet moment.

Fantastic Four #645 is the final issue of the cancelled title as the publisher returns to its original numbering. This is the conclusion of The End of 4Ever.

In two months the Fantastic Four star in a new film adventure with a new cast but the iconic comic book ends with this final issue by James Robinson and Leonard Kirk.

NEW FANTASTIC FOUR TRAILER With DOOM

“When you change the world…Be prepared to defend it.”

Fox revealed a full length trailer and new poster via Twitter featuring the cast of Fantastic Four in their iconic uniforms.

We learn more about a top secret project run by the father of Johnny and Susan Storm (Michael B. Jordan, Kate Mara) and that Reed Richards (Miles Teller) is the final piece of the puzzle to make the experiment work.

Toby Kebbell and Jamie Bell (Ben Grimm) join them on the experiment. Marvel’s First Family is not born in a space ship exposed to cosmic radiation this time. The team is using a device that “cracked into dimensional travel.”

Only four return very changed and we see the warning that Doom is coming!

FANTASTIC FOUR FUTURE Updated

Johnny Storm is joining the Uncanny Inhumans but what about the rest of Marvel’s First Family?

Fantastic Four is coming to an end. Marvel revealed the Human Torch will join Medusa’s extended family in the upcoming Free Comic Book Day issue. What will happen to Reed, Sue and Ben during and after Secret Wars?

Johnny’s move is signal that our earlier prediction may come true. When the FF cancellation was announced we said keep the rich characters but make them part of the larger Marvel Universe.

Reed played a critical role in Jonathan Hickman’s New Avengers and found himself on the wrong side of the law and Susan Storm for his actions with the Illuminati.  Richards will be integral to Hickman’s Secret Wars epic but will he survive the experience? LEGO FANTASTIC FOUR Trailer

It’s not just the Thing that’s brick by brick in this alternate version of the Fantastic Four trailer.

The Block Show recreates the trailer for Fox’s upcoming reboot of franchise starring Marvel’s First Family.

The long-awaited first look came in January and now we see a different take on the teaser.

The iconic characters and some set pieces are replaced with lego bricks.

FANTASTIC FOUR Trailer Inspired Villains

After months of speculation and rumors about the direction of the reboot Fox unveiled the first trailer for the new Fantastic Four.

The upcoming film directed by Josh Trank is going for a more modern, grounded approach with an origin more inspired by the Ultimate Fantastic Four than the original Marvel’s First Family.

It appears Reed, Sue, Johnny, Ben and a possible fifth member of the team will gain their powers after an incident involving teleportation.

FUTURE of a NEW FANTASTIC FOUR? For Your Consideration

The Fantastic Four is ends with Fantastic Four #645, The End of Fourever conclusion.

We pondered the future of Marvel’s First Family once it was announced the Fantastic Four book will end this April. We believe just because the book and team will end can the beloved members move on, go their separate ways and join other Marvel teams and franchises?

After this week’s Secret Wars Live announcement about the end of the Marvel and Ultimate Universe we couldn’t help but think what if the Fantastic Four survives and evolves?
