The globetrotting stars of X-Men: Days of Future Past are racing to premiere events on nearly every continent. Hugh Jackman (Wolverine) and Peter Dinklage (Bolivar Trask) brought the X-Men experience to Melbourne, Australia.

Jackman and Dinklage took fan questions and even ones from co-stars Patrick Stewart, Ellen Page and Shawn Ashmore with host Marc Fennell.

The two stars share some comic moments of life on set filming the massive sequel but Jackman may have my favorite recollection of working with Christopher Nolan on The Prestige before two rival super hero franchises were born.

Who would have thought of all the Marvel characters Quicksilver would be the most sought after and and appear in two major movie franchises.

Evan Peters will play the mutant speedster in X-Men: Days of Future Past. Aaron Taylor-Johnson will portray him in Avengers: Age of Ultron. Both versions will be very different.

In DOFP Wolverine will recruit Peter Maximoff for his super speed to break Magneto (Michael Fassbender) out of prison under the Pentagon in the 1970’s.

Hugh Jackman will play Wolverine in X-Men: Days of Future Past and is in talks for a third solo film as the fan-favorite X-Man.

“I still am very ambitious for the character. And tonally I feel like we corrected the ship with the last one. But I feel we can still go further, in a way. If I did another one I’m 99.9% sure it would be the last, so that will inform what it is for me,” Jackman tells SFX.

The Wolverine was based on the Chris Claremont and Frank Miller limited series so what could the third Wolverine movie take inspiration from? Continue reading HUGH JACKMAN On WOLVERINE 3
