From the ashes of AXIS a brand new Uncanny Avengers is born. Rick Remender reunites with artist Daniel Acuna for the new volume but it’s a different team with a different mission.

The Unity Squad born from Avengers vs. X-Men disbands. In the AXIS aftermath a new debuts in Uncanny Avengers #1 on January 28.

More X-MEN Fallout for SCARLET WITCH

The X-Men are currently caught up in AXIS, feeling the impact of the Death of Wolverine and The Last Will and Testament of Charles Xavier with The Black Vortex and Secret Wars on the horizon in 2015.

The mutants are under the leadership of Editor Mike Marts who ran the X-Office under two influential events of the past: M-Day and Decimation (when Scarlet Witch declared No More Mutants) wiping out the mutant gene and sending the race to the edge of extinction.

Marvel reveals the next almost all-new, all-different lineup for Uncanny Avengers.

The book launched in the aftermath of Avengers vs. X-Men with Captain America and Wolverine forming a Unity squad including Thor, Havok, Rogue and Scarlet Witch. Wasp, Wonder Man and Sunfire later joined the roster.

Now we know a very different team lineup will form in the aftermath of AXIS.

Veterans Rogue and Scarlet Witch will be joined by Sam Wilson (the new Captain America) Vision, Brother Voodoo, Quicksilver, Vision and Sabretooth as reported by ComicBook.com.
