The villain of Mad Max: Fury Road is revealed in a new trailer as George Miller takes us back to the post-apocalyptic world he created in four previous films.

The Road Warrior, Max Rockatansky, is back in one of our most anticipated movies of 2015.

Comic book movie veterans star in the sequel including Tom Hardy (The Dark Knight Rises), Oscar winner Charlize Theron (Monster, Prometheus, Aeon Flux) and Nicholas Hoult (X-Men: Days of Future Past).

Here’s the new trailer from Warner Brothers of the World Gone Mad and the man who rules it.

New “Prometheus” TV Spot Teases Weyland’s Secret Agenda

You can’t trust any of those ——- from Weyland! A new TV spot for Ridley Scott’s Prometheus in on YouTube. Charlize Theron may be fairy tale evil in Snow White and the Huntsman but you can see the corporate evil seething under the surface of her character, Meredith Vickers. Michael Fassbender may be playing the android but there’s something very inhuman about Theron’s corporate officer.

Prometheus takes flight June 8.

Chris Hemsworth & Charlize Theron Clash in New “Show White & The Huntsman” Scene

courtesy Universal

Chris Hemsworth is flying high as Thor in Marvel’s The Avengers but he’s not so heroic and regal in his next big screen role. Hemsworth is confronted by Charlize Theron (Prometheus) in a new scene from Snow White and the Huntsman courtey of Yahoo and Universal.

A big year for Hemsworth (he was also in Cabin in the Woods.) I’m excited for this dark and gritty take on the classic story. Director Rupert Sanders appears to have created a nightmarish fairy tale. Snow White and the Huntsman opens June 1st. Kristin Stewart of Twilight is the lead. This is a version of the tale I can see in Fables.

New “Prometheus” Trailer: New Alien, New Theory?

Prometheus still of Noomi Rapace courtesy 20th Century Fox

“Is there an agenda that you’re not telling us about?” asks the scientist to the Weyland Corp officer. I love that line in this new trailer and it lets you know you’re back in the Alien universe!

A new international trailer for Ridley Scott’s Prometheus launched featuring new footage. More of the ship! More of Charlize Theron as Meredith Vickers – who seems as robotic as Michael Fassbender’s David. A new alien life form! More of the Space Jockey! And I have a new theory – see below but warning you may consider it a spoiler!

Thanks to Comic Book Resources Comic Reel.

This Geek’s Theory!  Warning – you may consider it a spoiler!

I think the aliens from the earlier films we all love and fear were the Space Jockey’s cargo. But after seeing this trailer, I wonder if the humans of Prometheus are part of the DNA of what will become the aliens of Alien? There’s definitely a new parasitic life form in this film. What if the Space Jockey’s cargo merged with the humans to give us what we will come to know as Alien?

Prometheus Sequel?

The Prometheus promotion mission continues at full blast. Director Ridley Scott hinted at a sequel at big presentation as Wondercon this weekend.

“If we’re lucky, maybe we’ll have a second part because at the end of Prometheus, the film does leave some nice, big, open questions.” He also sounds very glad to be back in this genre again – “I’ll certainly do another science film as soon as possible. One of the trickiest things is: How original are you going to be?”

Michael Fassbender and Charlize Theron answered fan questions via Yahoo. He plays the android David. She plays Weyland officer Meredith Vickers. You can watch them below.

Prometheus Full Length Trailer!

Prometheus still of Noomi Rapace courtesy 20th Century Fox

“Prometheus, are you seeing this?”

The full length trailer to director Ridley Scott’s return to the Alien universe is here. This is beautiful with jaw dropping and awe inducing imager. The DNA of Alien is truly in this film yet it feels new and different. The final minute is extremely intense. Take a look.

Noomi Rapace looks to make a great heroine. Michael Fassbender as the android is particularly chilling at the end. I’ve always wondered about the “Space Jockey.” When I was a kid and saw the original Alien the image of him scared me even though I knew he was dead.
