Mads Mikkelsen has been cast as Hannibal Lecter in NBC’s Hannibal television series according to TVLine. The Danish actor played Le Chiffre in Daniel Craig’s first James Bond movie Casino Royale and is reportedly in talk to play a villain in Thor 2.
Hugh Dancy plays FBI agent Will Graham (William Petersen in Michael Mann’s Manhunter and Edward Norton in Red Dragon.) Bryan Fuller (Pushing Daisies)created the series. No word on a premiere date yet.
No word on if Mikkelsen is locked or what role he will play in Thor 2.

Mads Mikkelsen is in talks to play the villain in Thor 2 according to Variety. Mikkelson played Le Chiffre in Daniel Craig’s first James Bond film Casino Royale. The Danish actor appeared in the Clash of the Titans remake.
I have to admit I’m scratching my head trying to think of which villain Mikkelsen might play: Malekith the Accursed, leader of the Dark Elves or Mephisto (this character could reappear in multiple movie franchises since he’s the Marvel version of the devil.) What if this actor is voicing Fafnir the dragon?

Daniel Craig’s first Bond Girl could be the villainess in the 300 sequel. Heat Vision of The Hollywood Reporter says producers want Eva Green to play Artemesia in 300: The Battle for Artemesia.
Green was Vesper in Casino Royale. The French actress would play a gold covered goddess who influences the Persian conqueror Xerses into battle against the Greeks.
Dark Horse Comics is publishing Xerses, a graphic novel series by creator Frank Miller according to Spinoff Online.
