Marvel Launching UNCANNY INHUMANS by CHARLES SOULE

Like a Terrigen Cloud covering the globe – the Inhumans invasion by Marvel continues! Get ready for a brand new comic book series to emerge.

An Inhumans movie is slated for 2018 and Inhuman themes are appearing in Agents of SHIELD on television. Inhuman in 2014 by Marvel exclusive writer Charles Soule introduced a new generation of NuHumans and raised Medusa into a higher profile player in the Marvel Universe.

Now Marvel will launch Uncanny Inhumans by Charles Soule and Steve McNiven in April according to IGN. This is the creative team behind Death of Wolverine.

The new series will start with issue #0 in April and focus on Black Bolt – the fallen King of the Inhumans. Black Bolt unleashed the Terrigen Bomb and destroyed their floating city of Attilan in a fight to stop Thanos in Infinity. Black Bolt has been MIA since then except to his brother Maximus and members of the Illuminati in New Avengers.

After releasing teasers for tied to events and stories of the past Marvel reveals a possible all-new story for 2015: Inhumans: Attilan Rising.

 

Medusa, Black Bolt, Gorgon and NuHumans like Inferno standing triumphantly over Cyclops, Captain America, Thor and Superior Iron Man.

Inhuman #1 is here. It’s well worth the wait.

If you’re coming in brand new or you’re an old school fan of Black Bolt and Medusa like myself you will be amazed by this gorgeous, fast paced first issue. Charles Soule and Joe Madureira create a compelling, kinetic story of new heroes and villains.

 

Here’s what you need to know:

 

Aliens (Kree) came to ancient Earth to experiment on humans – creating a new race. Inhumans had strange powers and appearances and lived in seclusion. Charles Soule is one of the busiest writers in comics and busiest guests at Emerald City Comicon this weekend. With Superman/Wonder Woman, Red Lanterns, Swamp Thing for DC and Thunderbolts, She-Hulk for Marvel Soule was on multiple panels answering fan questions.

 

Inhuman #1 is the big Marvel book on this fan’s brain. Soule teams up with artist Joe Madureira for a brand new title that stars classic characters like Black Bolt and Medusa while introducing all-new heroes and villains born as a result of the terrigen bomb detonation in Infinity.
