The mutant/Inhuman war concludes with IvX #6 this new comic book week. ResurrXion is the aftermath with new X-books coming this Spring (X-Men: Gold, X-Men: Blue, Weapon X, Jean Grey, Iceman, Cable, Generation X) while All-New Wolverine and Old Man Logan will continue.

The ResurrXion will continue with a tenth title.

UNCANNY X-MEN MYSTERY MEMBERS REVEALED

The Master of Magnetism leads Mystique, Sabretooth, Fantomex and Psylocke in a new version of Uncanny X-Men this Fall.

Writer Cullen Bunn teased mystery members joining the cast. Looks like the the secret is out in this exclusive Uncanny X-Men #1 cover via Comic Book Resources.

There’s no official word but that is Archangel and Monet St. Croix.

Warren Worthington has been an angelic looking amnesiac for the past several years but it looks like Warren has reverted back to his 90’s look of blue skin, metal wings and even the costume he wore as one of Apocalypse’s Horsemen then X-Factor member. Director Bryan Singer is filming X-Men: Apocalypse now in Montreal. James McAvoy, Michael Fassbender, Jennifer Lawrence and Nicolas Hoult from First Class and Days of Future Past return for the cinematic showdown with an ancient enemy.

The sequel is set in the 1980’s with new actors playing younger versions of Jean Grey, Storm, Scott Summers, Nightcrawler and Angel or is it Archangel if you go by this preview art?

X-MEN FIGHTS for OLIVIA MUNN as PSYLOCKE

Bryan Singer announced Olivia Munn will play Betsy Braddock in X-Men: Apocalypse. The star of The Newsroom, Magic Mike has a resume packed with fanboy and girl geek cred including Attack of the Show, Chuck.

Who is Psylocke?

Elizabeth “Betsy” Braddock was the sister of Captain Britain and a mutant precognitive and telepath created by Chris Claremont as part of the Marvel UK line then brought into the X-Men. Abducted into the Mojoverse, Betsy was given bionic eyes by the sorceress Spiral and first received the code-name Psylocke.
