I lot can happen in a year and a half!

Just after ABC announced picking up a new Marvel’s Agents of SHIELD television series we revealed our top Marvel characters we want to see on the show.

Since then Lady Sif and Lorelei of Thor, Victoria Hand, Glenn Talbot of the Hulkbusters and Deathlok guest starred, S.H.I.E.L.D. was destroyed from within by Hydra in Captain America: The Winter Soldier and a traitor was revealed. CRUSHER CREEL On MARVEL’S AGENTS OF SHIELD

A major Thor and Avengers villain strikes Marvel’s Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. this season.

 

Marvel revealed a first look at Brian Patrick Wade (Teen Wolf, Generation Kill, The Guardian) as Carl “Crusher” Creel aka the Absorbing Man.

 

Creel was created by Stan Lee and Jack Kirby in the pages of The Mighty Thor.

ADRIANNE PALICKI Joins MARVEL’S AGENTS OF SHIELD

Marvel announced Adrianne Palicki is joining the cast of Marvel’s Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. as Bobbi Morse aka Mockingbird.

 

No word on if Morse will be a ally or enemy as Agent Phil Coulson and his strike team rebuild after the Hydra takeover.

The strange connection between Marvel’s Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. and the Seattle International Film Festival continues. Every year Seattle welcomes films from around the world along with several actors and directors supporting their independent productions. Two festivals in row brought multiple stars from Marvel’s Cinematic Universe aligning on the Red Carpet in the Emerald City.

MARK WAID On COULSON and New S.H.I.E.L.D. Comic

A brand new S.H.I.E.L.D. series starring Agent Phil Coulson was one of the big Marvel announcements at San Diego Comic Con.

Mark Waid (Daredevil, Captain America, Hulk) launches the series in which any Marvel hero could be recruited by Coulson and his team.
