Two superstar creators end their run on an DC icon this Fall.
In the DC Comics September previews reveal details of the Superman Unchained #9 – the final issue of the adventure by writer Scott Snyder and Jim Lee.
The saga began with the 75th Anniversary of Superman and the release of Man of Steel.
We learned of The Ascension and the government’s own Super Man known as the Wraith. It’s been an uneasy alliance between Clark and Wraith which exploded into an incredible battle. Lois Lane uncovered her father’s connection to the top secret program but it all comes down to the ultimate power broker – Lex Luthor.

Superman Unchained #9 arrives as an extra-size issue with a wraparound cover coming September 10th.
