Teen costumed hero Kick-Ass is back in Kick-Ass 2 this summer. In this sequel we go back into the world created by comic book legends Mark Millar and John Romita Jr. The young vigilante (Aaron Johnson) joins a group of normal citizens (including Jim Carrey as Colonel Stars and Stripes) inspired to fight crime while the Red Mist (who gets a new code-name) plots his revenge!
Kick-Ass 2 stars Christopher Mintz-Plasse (Red Mist) & Chloe Grace Moretz (Hit Girl) are featured in the June Comedy issue of GQ. The two stars have developed a big-brother/little-sister relationship since becoming friends filming the first film.
“In almost every interview, Chloe would beat me up,” says Mintz-Plasse of the then 13 year-old Moretz. “She was in fight training for months, and she was really freaking strong.”
For more of the interview pick up the latest issue of GQ out now.
Kick-Ass 2 hits theaters in August.
