From exotic and horrific alien landscapes to the inner sanctums of Starfleet to the closest look ever at life on Federation Earth, we follow Kirk’s mission to track down a deadly traitor leading to a series of shocking confrontations and jaw-dropping revelations. Nothing can prepare you for the twists and turns. I loved all the big IMAX action and shockers. I loved that that these epic moments served not overwhelmed a great story of duty, morality and family.
As I watched the film at Pacific Science Center IMAX I cheered, laughed, leaped to the edge of my seat and accidentally hit and kicked the poor guy next to me and shed tears as Star Trek Into Darkness took us on a powerful, emotional voyage.
