Wolverines is a villain-lovers dream comic book.

Sabretooth, Mystique and Daken are forced to work with X-23 and the survivors of the new Weapon X project dealing with the fallout of the X-Man’s death.

Ray Fawkes (Batman Eternal) is working with Charles Soule (Death of Wolverine) on the new weekly ongoing. Fawkes script The Logan Legacy chapter starring Daken but one fan is eager for answers on the future of Victor Creed.

Sabretooth is Logan’s greatest enemy often portrayed as a ruthless killer but sometimes easy to beat opponent. Creed is one of the characters still affected by the inversion spell from Avengers and X-Men: AXIS.

Are we seeing a neutered down Creed or can he overcome the inversion and let the savage out?

“Sabretooth does tend to take a beating, but I’m sure you’ll be happy to see some of the beatings he’ll be doling out too! One of my favorite things about Creed is his ability to shrug off attacks that would leave other people smeared across the floor — and we’ll certainly see him put that ability to use. He does still have some adamantium in his skeleton — and that sure helps,” Fawkes told Comic Book Resources.

We’ve already seen Mister Sinister is back and caught up in the aftermath of Logan’s death.
