Deadpool is dead…long live Deadpool?
The Merc With a Mouth died in Deadpool #45 this week. That’s not a spoiler since Marvel had been promoting the big event which is also the 250th issue of Wade Wilson’s comic.
Ryan Reynolds made a comment while filming the Deadpool movie on location with via Twitter:
“Smells like someone died up in here. #alivepool”
Is that Reynolds in costume taking a bathroom break while reading the momentous issue?
Deadpool is one of several Marvel comic books coming to an end ahead of the end of the Marvel Comics Universe and the start of the Secret Wars events.
Deadpool is scheduled for February 2016. There’s no official word but fans might expect a comic book resurrection before then.
