I’m a huge fan of Hickman and Weaver’s SHIELD series so it’s a thrill to see them work together again. The Hickman/Weaver SHIELD series is not about Nick Fury and super spies but rather Leonardo Da Vinci, Galileo, Howard Stark and other super brains in a history twisting epic. Jason Aaron Previews X-MEN: BATTLE OF THE ATOM

X-Men from past, present and future collide in the Marvel Now as part of the 50th Anniversary of the X-Men. Jason Aaron, Brian Wood and Brian Michael Bendis team up for the 10-part storyline. Logan and the students of the Jean Grey School are recovering from war with the Hellfire Club as the Battle of the Atom begins next month.

 

Marvel showed new covers and preview art from the Wolverine and the X-Men issues of the crossover and writer Jason Aaron talked about tackling massive fight scenes:
