Emerald City Comicon 2014 is just one week away. The celebration in Seattle grew like the Hulk and for the first time – is completely sold out. Karen Gillan, Karl Urban, Stephen Amell, Ron Perlman, Richard Dean Anderson and Nichelle Nichols are just some of the stars fans can meet in panels, photo and autograph opportunities. Jim Lee, Peter David, Klaus Janson and Arthur Adams are some of the comic book icons attending.

Marvel Cinematic Universe Phase Two blasts off this May with Iron Man 3. The Marvel Cinematic Universe: Phase One arrives April 2nd. The Six-Movie Collector Set assembles Iron Man, Iron Man 2, The Incredible Hulk, Captain America: The First Avenger, Thor and Marvel’s The Avengers.

The 10-Disc, 6 Limited Edition Six-Movie Collector Set (Blu-Ray) gives you Iron Man, Iron Man 2, The Incredible Hulk, Captain America: The First Avenger, Thor and Marvel’s The Avengers.

Still new to the blockbuster superheroes of Marvel? Check out my Avengers For Virgins – this was by request of my non-comic book reading friends who loved superhero action movies!

Phase Two begins this May with Iron Man 3 and Thor: The Dark World this November and Captain America: The Winter Soldier and Guardians of the Galaxy next year then Avengers 2!

Like Bruce Banner transforming into the Hulk, Emerald City Comicon is getting bigger! The Seattle celebration of comic books, science fiction and gaming takes over the entire Washington State Convention Center this year giving eager fans more celebrities, more panels and more everything!

Sci-Fi legends Sir Patrick Stewart (Star Trek: The Next Generation, X-Men) Gillian Anderson (The X-Files) Walter Koeing (Star Trek) Billy Dee Williams (Star Wars) and Christopher LLoyd (Back to the Future, Star Trek: The Search for Spock) will shine for adoring fans in panels, photograph and autograph sessions where they could how about a real life space traveler? Astronaut Clayton “Clay” Anderson will be appearing in the ECCC Kids! area.

Pop Culture Icons Adam West and Burt Ward (Television’s Batman and Robin) are sure to inspire huge lines. Television’s Dynamic Duo will appear at a screening of the Batman film at Seattle’s Cinerama on Thursday night before the con begins and the Mayor will declare Mayor Adam West Day in Seattle in honor of the Walla Walla, Washington native.

    The Walking Dead is killing it on television! Stars of the zombie comic book turned smash series Danai Gurira (Michonne) and Michael Rooker (Merle Dixon) will face the hordes of fanatic fans. The Walking Dead artist Charlie Adlard will be appearing too. True Blood star Kristin Bauer, Dirk Benedict of Battlestar Galactica, Michael Shanks of Stargate and Misha Collins of Supernatural are among many other television actors shining for the fans.

Along with the stellar roster of celebrities folks can meet comic book legends who have made uncanny impacts on the heroes we see on the big screen. I’m most excited to meet Chris Claremont, writer of the X-Men series and creator of characters like Gambit, Emma Frost, Rogue, Sabretooth and Kitty Pryde. Claremont wrote my first comic book, Uncanny X-Men #116, and his work on the mutants is the comic book equivalent to the soundtrack of my life! The man gave us The Dark Phoenix Saga and Days of Future Past, inspiration for the upcoming X-Men sequel!

Fan Expo Vancouver Schedule Revealed

  Fan Expo Vancouver is the first major comicon for Vancouver, British Columbia. The expo has created up a stellar lineup of movie, television, comic book and anime stars for fans.

   The media guest list includes: Adam West & Burt Robin – TV’s Batman & Robin , Marina Sirtis, Michael Dorn & John DeLancie of Star Trek: The Next Generation, Kristin Bauer of True Blood, Michael Hogan & Aaron Douglas of Battlestar Galatica, Lou Ferrigno of The Incredible Hulk and many more.

  Comic Book guests include Len Wein, Mike Choi, Tony Daniel, Esad Ribic, Stuart & Kathryn Immonen, Greg Rucka and many more.

Here’s the just released schedule so you can plan when and where to score your celebrity autographs, attend a variety of cool panels and more.

  I’m really excited to see the sketch duels where favorite comic book artists going ‘pen to pen’ producing original art up for auction when they’re duel is done.

Saturday at 1pm featuirng Georges Jeanty vs. Mike Choi vs. Stephen Sadowski.

2pm see Tony Daniel vs. Yanick Paquette vs. Whilce Portacio.

Sunday at 3pm it’s Esad Ribin vs. Tim Bradstreet.
