Are the X-Men about to have an exodus?

Are the Jean Grey School and Xavier School closing their doors?

In the just announced November previews, Avengers & X-Men: AXIS #4 see the X-Men “join their greatest foe” and in #5 “claim a new home.”

This is the latest clue that could be pointing to the mutants starting over in a new base.

AXIS is the inversion of many Marvel heroes so the tease above could mean the mutants are siding with Apocalypse or aligning with Magneto and finding a new home among old enemies. Continue reading X-MEN EXODUS?

ADRIANNE PALICKI Joins MARVEL’S AGENTS OF SHIELD

Marvel announced Adrianne Palicki is joining the cast of Marvel’s Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. as Bobbi Morse aka Mockingbird.

 

No word on if Morse will be a ally or enemy as Agent Phil Coulson and his strike team rebuild after the Hydra takeover.

UPDATE:

Due to filming conflicts Barracin can no longer attend. ECCC recruited fellow Firefly star Jewel Staite to appear at the Seattle event.

Emerald City Comicon recruits two stars from the Whedonverse. Morena Baccarin played Inara on Firefly then in the film Serenity.Baccarin went on to roles on V, Stargate S.G. One and the acclaimed Emmy winning drama Homeland.

 

Baccarin is not just a sci-fi icon but has an incredible list of voice roles playing iconic comic book characters including Talia Al Ghul, Cheetah and Black Canary.

I admit I was apprehensive about Dick Grayson losing the Nightwing identity to become a super spy in the new book Grayson. Only two issues in and I’m enjoying the ride. The former Robin is becoming the ultimate spy with fun, campy influences from some of fiction’s greatest covert operatives.

DC Comics shared a preview of the super team’s reunion coming in November.

ANT-MAN New Cast Members, IRON MAN Connection?

Marvel Studios officially announces the filming of Ant-Man is underway in San Francisco following director Peyton Reed’s LET’S GET small Tweet earlier today.

 

Marvel confirmed new actors will join the cast including Bobby Cannavale, Abby Ryder Fortson, Judy Greer, David Dastmalchian, Wood Harris, John Slattery and Gregg Turkington and T.I.
