After Batman vs. Superman: Dawn of Justice it’s the rise of the bad guys according to Warner Brothers plans for the DC Comics inspired movies.

Which rogues will appear in Suicide Squad for director David Ayer?

Oscar winner Jared Leto (Dallas Buyers Club) is being sought to play the Joker according to The Wrap. There’s no official word from Warner Brothers or Leto’s representatives. AVENGERS: RAGE OF ULTRON Cover Reveal

Before the movie version of Earth’s Mightiest Heroes return in Avengers: Age of Ultron in May, the comic book counterparts feel Ultron’s rage.

 

Marvel shared the cover and preview pages for Avengers: Rage of Ultron, an original graphic novel by Rick Remender (AXIS, All-New Captain America), Jerome Opena and Dean White coming in April.

HULK to KLUH in AXIS

We saw it coming from previews but the debut of KLUH in AXIS #4 was still a shocker and a puzzler.

Bruce Banner’s inner monster has evolved into many incarnations from the gray “Joe Fixit” of Vegas to the Incredible monster to my favorite – Banner in control of Hulk’s body and running the Pantheon from the Peter David era.

In the Hulk by Gerry Duggan it’s Doc Green in control.

THE BLACK VORTEX Alpha Cover Revealed

Legendary Star-Lord, Guardians of the Galaxy, All-New X-Men, Captain Marvel, Nova and Cyclops are caught up in The Black Vortex in February 2015.

The crossover event was announced at New York Comic Con.

Marvel shared the cover for The Black Vortex Alpha book by Ed McGuinness. Sam Humphries writes this book which sets up the cosmic clash.

MARK WAHLBERG As The SIX BILLION DOLLAR MAN

Mark Wahlberg and Peter Berg are teaming up to upgrade a classic television icon.

The team behind Lone Survivor will work together on the Six Billion Dollar Man for Dimension according to Deadline.

Berg will direct. Wahlberg will star as Steve Austin, a former astronaut turned into a cyborg secret agent with a bionic eye, arm and legs. Lee Majors played Austin in the 1970’s television series. NATHAN EDMONDSON’S BLACK WIDOW Movie Pitch

Captain Marvel will soar past Black Widow to become the first Marvel Studios movie with a woman in the lead. Exciting news for the Carol Corps but lots of questions from fans of the assassin turned Avenger.  The passionate fan base started a #BlackWidowMovie campaign on Twitter.
