Up, Up and Away!

CBS is adding DC Comics Girl Power to Mondays this Fall. At the Up Fronts this week the networks revealed their fall schedules and first looks at the new shows.

Supergirl soared in a first look trailer with Melissa Benoist is Kara Zor-El, cousin of the Man of Steel.

After a brief scene on doomed Krypton we see the future heroine in her human secret identity working for media mogul Cat Grant () and falling for Jimmy Olsen (Mechad Brooks) and a life changing moment involving her sister (Chyler Leigh)

NEW MUTANTS Is Next FOX X-MEN Spinoff

Fox is evolving its X-Men franchise.

Josh Boone (The Fault In Our Stars) has signed on to direct a film based on New Mutants, a standalone spinoff according to Deadline. Boone will co-write with Knate Gwaltney. Simon Kinberg and Laura Shuler-Donner will produce.

AGENTS OF SHIELD VS INHUMANS BURNING QUESTIONS

You could call Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. Season Two a mother of a mashup of monsters, myths and family matters. Multiple story arcs came together in an intense, action and twist packed finale that sets the stage for even bigger battles on the show in on the big screen.
