An all-female Avengers team emerges in the new Battleworld of Secret Wars. After the destruction of the Marvel and Ultimate Universe there is a patchwork reality of Warzones that may remind you of Game of Thrones and Dune.

A new team rises in A-Force #1 by writers G. Willow Wilson (Ms. Marvel, X-Men) and Marguerite Bennett (Angela: Asgard’s Assassin, Lois Lane one-shot) and veteran X-Men artist Jorge Molina.

Just like Battleworld, this Avengers squad comes from different Marvel realities: She-Hulk, Dazzler, Medusa, Nico Minoru from Runaways and a cosmically powered woman named Singularity.

AGENTS OF SHIELD’S SKYE & SECRET WARRIORS Origins

Did the season finale of Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. make you think we might be seeing more of the Secret Warriors jump from comics to television?

During the intense season Agent Skye was revealed to be an Inhuman and her real name is Daisy.

Skye/Daisy’s story didn’t exactly follow her comic book counterpart but it was close enough to excite fans of the Secret Warriors stories.

The DC Universe returns in a huge way next month with 24 new books launching and big changes for Batman, Superman and Wonder Woman.

DC revealed a marketing campaign including collectibles for the dedicated fan that will be appearing in comic book shops along with the new issues.

DC Comics Bombshells explodes this summer a new comic series, variants and more. The retro style depictions of classic female heroes and villains will star in a new book by Marguerite Bennett.

The New Mutants could be the next evolution of the X-Men film franchise. Fox recruited Josh Boone (The Fault In Our Stars) to direct a spinoff film based on the spinoff comic.

Teen angst, isolation, romantic crushes and finding new friends from diverse worlds – mixed with emerging mutant powers, danger room sessions and crazy villains – it’s all in a day at Xavier’s School. The New Mutants are perfect back to school basics to evolve the franchise.

After sharing this first look at DC’s Legends of Tomorrow, here’s a trailer for the upcoming team-up spinoff series from the team of Arrow/The Flash.

The cast includes Arthur Darvill as Time Master Rip Hunter, Ciara Renee as Kendra Saunders/Hawkgirl, Victor Garber as Dr. Martin Stein, Caity Lotz as Sara Lance/White Canary, Brandon Routh as Ray Palmer/Atom, Wentworth Miller as Leonard Snart/Captain Cold and Dominic Purcell as Heat Wave.

Now you can see Hawkgirl take flight, the debut of the White Canary, Ray Palmer finally become The Atom (as seen in comics) and reveals the big villain the super team will take on.

The Goddess of Thunder revealed.

After months of mystery readers finally learned the identity of the woman under the masked helmet…and the price she’s paying to be a hero.

Part of her story behind the story goes back to Thor: God of Thunder #12.

Writer Jason Aaron and artist Russell Dauterman paid off the mystery in an action packed battle with the Destroyer and emotional final page.
