Fans are excited the Secret Warriors are coming to Marvel’s Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. next season but the big news at the SDCC Marvel Television Panel was about a new villain.
Marvel TV’s Jeph Loeb announced comics villain Lash is coming to the series this season but no actor has been cast yet.
Lash was co-created by Charles Soule and Joe Maduirera in the Inhuman comic book. This powerful Inhuman from a secret city emerged after Terrigenesis spread across the Earth creating NuHumans. Lash sees himself as judge of which new Inhumans were worthy of having powers. Lash came into instant conflict with Queen Medusa who gave refuge to the NuHumans.
Skye (aka Daisy aka Quake) played by Chloe Bennett was revealed to be an Inhuman and her mother attempted to create an instant Terrigenesis but was stopped or so S.H.I.E.L.D. thought. The Terrigen crystals actually went underwater and got the the ocean food chain, fish and may be in fish supplements in store shelves so a more slower form of Terrigenesis may be happening next season.
The Uncanny Inhumans and Extraordinary X-Men will have a major conflict this fall in comics when Terrigenesis starts affecting mutant DNA.
