Let’s kick it off as a fan-favorite creator reunites for a twisted vision of Nightwing’s DC future:

NIGHTWING: THE NEW ORDER #1 No weapons. No superpowers. In this future world Dick Grayson is the law and hunts any remaining supers. When Grayson’s Crusaders target his own family, Dick questions the very society he’s built. A dark vision of the DC future by Kyle Higgins and Trevor McCarthy.

BATGIRL #14 Barbara Gordon and Dick Grayson – the will they or won’t they couple must re-open old wounds when an old villain strikes in “Summer of Lies” a big event for Batgirl/Nightwing fans. Is it a teen crush that never went away, the Bat-family connection or are Babs and Dick meant to be – if they survive – in the new arc by Hope Larson and Chris Wildgoose.

WAR MOTHER #1 Breaking out of the 4001 A.D. event, the breakout hero goes solo fighting for what’s left of humanity in the war-torn 41st century of the Valiant Universe. Fred Van Lente and Stephen Segovia.

SECRET EMPIRE #9 With Earth’s heroes now free, Captain America’s oldest allies emerge with a plan to strike back and bring down his Hydra domination. Steve Rogers comes face to face with the entity that set this nightmare in motion as Nick Spencer brings us to the ultimate showdown.

X-MEN GOLD #10 The Raputins reunited. A classic villain resurrected. Colossus and Magik must return to Russia where Omega Red stands ready to strike for a new cabal of evil. Marc Guggeheim unleashes the  90’s nostalgia as Red’s tendrils get ready to wrap around the brother/sister X-team.
