Marvel launches the first of three new Star Wars comic book titles this week.

Jason Aaron and John Cassaday pick up the action after the destruction of the Death Star in Star Wars #1.

Kieron Gillen and Salvador Larroca chronicle the ultimate Sith Lord in Darth Vader #1 next month. Princess Leia stars in her own book by Mark Waid and Terry Dodson in March.

The Force is strong as Star Wars comes home to Marvel and we eagerly awaken The Force Awakens.

Who do you want to see in the new Marvel Star Wars comics?

Here are our top four most wanted:

Lando Calrissian Before he was the administrator of Cloud City on Bespin he was a gambler and original owner of the Millennium Falcon. Let’s see more of the scoundrel’s story before he became the hero of Return of the Jedi. Billy Dee Williams is too cool so recruit the cool Black Widow duo of Nathan Edmondson and Phil Noto.

The Greedo Family Shot and killed by Han Solo in the Mos Eisley Cantina – Greedo was a ruthless bounty hunter from a race of born hunters. What if the bug-eyes Rodian had a wife, brother or son who vowed revenge on Solo and wanted to save the Greedo reputation? Artist Joe Quinones (Doop, Howard the Duck) makes weird wonderful.

Bossk Keeping with the reptilian and ruthless, Bossk was among the bounty hunters hired to capture The Millennium Falcon in The Empire Strikes Back. When an Imperial officer says, “we don’t need bounty hunter scum,” Bossk seemed to reply back something offensive. Bossk is a Trandoshan and name means “devours his prey” in Dosh. Ryan Stegman (Superior Spider-Man, Inhuman) is the man for his beast of a bounty hunter story.

The Max Rebo Band Rock out with Max Rebo, Droopy McCool, Sy Sootles, Pa’olwick! Don’t you want to know how they became Jabba the Hutt’s house band? I’d love to see Skottie Young uncover the lost mix-tapes of the alien band who made Jabba groove and rocked the palace and barge in Return of the Jedi.

Note: Many of these stories may have been told in the expanded Star Wars universe of other comics and novels but I’m just picking my top four from the original trilogy.
