More Most Anticipated Comics 2015

We’ve revealed our top comics to watch from the big two: DC Comics and Marvel Comics.

Now here are our most anticipated comics coming from other great publishers like Dark Horse, IDW, Valiant and more. Many publishers are teaming up for what could be a some fascinating crossovers in 2015.

 

Star Trek/Planet of the Apes: The Primate Directive 

Captain Kirk vs. a Gorilla General? Spock vs. Dr. Zaius? I’m ready to get my damn dirty paws on this!

The crew of the U.S.S. Enterprise and the cast of the first Planet of the Apes film in one sci-fi mashup from IDW and Boom Studios. Scott and David Tipton (writers of Star Trek: The Next Generation/Doctor Who) bring us a crossover with two beloved classic franchises. Chapter One actually arrives on 12/31/14 and the five part story continues in 2015.

Archie Meets Predator

The Riverdale Gang become the prey on spring break in Costa Rica. Alex De Campi and Fernando Ruiz deliver a new twist on AvP as Archie and the gang are stalked by the ultimate hunter in a crossover from Archie Comics and Dark Horse Comics.

BOND…James Bond

Daniel Craig hits the big screen again in SPECTRE in November, 2015. The Ian Fleming estate and Dynamite Entertainment will team up to present brand new comics starring 007. No official creative teams have been announced yet but consider us shaken and stirred by Bond comics next year.

Tokyo Ghost

A new sci-fi series from Rick Remender (Deadly Class, Low, Black Science) and Sean Gordon Murphy (The Wake) set in New Los Angeles 2189. Technology is humanity’s addiction in this dystopian future. Given Remender’s three hit 2015 series – we’ll be hooked on this 2015 Image Comics.

Ninjak #1

The first issue of the upcoming VALIANT NEXT monthly series from writer Matt Kindt (RAI, Mind MGMT) and artist Clay Mann (X-Men: Legacy, Gambit) – is adding Eisner Award-nominated comics legend Butch Guice (Captain America) to its ongoing creative team for a new, monthly second feature spotlighting Valiant Universe’s most dangerous intelligence operative. The never-before-revealed origin story is coming in March.
